Join InPhase at the Patient Safety Congress with Guests NHS England and County Durham and Darlington.

Important update! The Patient Safety Congress will now take place on 24th-25th October 2022.
The Health Service Journal (HSJ) is hosting its annual Patient Safety Congress on the 24th-25th October 2022, and InPhase will be there!
The Congress is designed to talk about all things patient safety, including the very pertinent topic of transitioning patient safety reporting of incidents, risk and events to the new Learn from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) national system. Healthcare providers across the UK meet to discuss how we can work together to create an excellent patient experience, keep them safe, prevent incidents, and ensure learning and improvement.
We want to show you how LFPSE will expand your learning and improvement potential, create a culture of commitment to patient safety and care, and introduce you to the next generation of incident reporting systems.
The perfect patient-safety panel:
NHS England and County Durham and Darlington NHS Trust join InPhase on our ‘national update’ speaker panel session at 12:25 on Monday 24th to talk about LFPSE and how you can successfully manage the transition.
Joining us will be Lucie Mussett Patient Safety Lead, Senior Product Manager, LFPSE, NHS England, who will provide the latest LFPSE update and cover the essentials of the transition from NRLS to LFPSE, including the reasons behind the change and the benefits it will bring. She will also discuss the timescale surrounding the move and what your Trust can do to manage your migration successfully.
Hear about the new leading LFPSE incident reporting system – Incident Oversight from InPhase - and how it can save crucial clinical time by speeding up the data capture stage, how to use real-time reporting to help improve patient safety, and how to maximise the value from incident data by triangulating it with quality assurance, audit and performance information in a single oversight system approach.
Warren Edge, Senior Associate Director of Assurance and Compliance at County Durham and Darlington NHS Trust, will talk about how County Durham and Darlington NHS Trust have created new insights and learning opportunities using the Oversight suite through triangulation of incidents, audits, quality and workforce information. Hear from Warren the tried and tested methods for implementing Oversight in a large and busy Trust.
Talk to our experts:
As well as our speaker session, InPhase experts will be at Stand 18 in the exhibition hall for both days, ready to talk with you about LFPSE, Incident Oversight and the entire Oversight suite of triangulated assurance Apps in more detail.
Schedule your time to talk to one of our experts at the stand to ensure you don’t miss any of your intended panel talks.
