We were absolutely delighted to be invited by the Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital in Liverpool to attend the official launch of InPhase. The Trust is getting ready to launch several new apps and they've asked for our help in spreading the word about them. They wanted us to set up a stand with a demo and have our team on-site to assist with any questions.

John Boland, Customer Success Manager working with the Trust, attended on Thursday, 22 June 2023. Whilst on site, John was delighted to meet Steven Akrigg, Governance Systems Analyst & Risk Management Coordinator, Louise Connor, Digital Project Manager, Helen Martin, Head of Risk and Ian Gilbertson, Associate Director for Digital Transformation.

The Trust provided a large space at the main entrance to the LHCH site where staff could stop, ask questions, see the system in action and ask any questions of InPhase and the Trust project team. During the day, John had the opportunity to meet and speak with staff from many areas, including Theatres, Outpatients and Ward Staff.

A warm welcome and an exciting afternoon

The atmosphere was one of excitement and hope as the staff admired the sleek and contemporary look of the system. Liverpool Heart and Chest expressed satisfaction with the single sign-on feature provided by InPhase, eliminating the need for additional usernames and passwords.

Furthermore, data entry and collection were simpler and more efficient in InPhase than in their previous systems, which piqued their interest during the demonstration. The Liverpool team also expressed optimism when they saw how the system could provide a more comprehensive and inclusive view of patient safety, thanks to its user-friendly interface and integration with other InPhase apps.

Overall, the Trust Management and Project Team believed that the InPhase support had genuinely assisted the staff in incorporating the new system into their daily routines.
