Ideagen InPhase Southern User Group 2024!

In London in early October 2024, attendees gathered for the latest InPhase User Group meeting, excited for new updates, insights and food and drinks! We welcomed a wonderful mix of both familiar and new faces and colleagues who had previously worked together but moved to different trusts connected again.
A bright future with Ideagen
Attendees were eager to find out how the recent acquisition of InPhase by Ideagen would affect their current InPhase use and services. Sessions led by David Sharp, VP of Professional Services for EMEA, and Muna Ebongalame, SVP of Success Global, got excitement bubbling.

They highlighted the development of custom dashboards that consolidate all data related to individual patients into a single view. This streamlined approach reduced the need to navigate multiple apps, a feat made possible by Ideagen InPhase's triangulation capabilities.
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells’ Transformation
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Foundation Trust shared their journey of transformation, detailing how they have effectively managed their Ideagen InPhase system over the years. Their work on dashboarding extended beyond incident reporting to include PSIRF, maternity, and progress tracking for audits, NICE, and CAS alerting processes. This comprehensive approach has significantly improved efficiencies across the Trust.
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust's Success Story
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, though newer to the spotlight, shared their experiences with implementation challenges and successes. They navigated the complex task of migrating three legacy Datix versions into one cohesive InPhase system while also integrating their InPhase setup with their Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system to enhance data quality in incident reporting.
Positive Feedback from Attendees
The collective feedback in the room was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees expressing their satisfaction with the InPhase product. They highlighted the scope, scale, and power of the system compared to their previous solutions. The excitement continued during Paul Clinton’s engaging product and platform sessions, where attendees explored the apps created over the past year and learned about new features on the horizon. Many were delighted to see their wishes for new functionalities reflected in the product roadmap. A standout moment was when Paul shared the future of InPhase's remarkable AI capabilities, developed in collaboration with the Ideagen AI team.

The Benefits Realization Award – King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust received the Benefits Realization Award for their successful implementation of the Freedom to Speak Up app, working closely with InPhase and their internal FTSU guardians to develop a template embraced as a standard by other trusts.
Innovation Award – Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Foundation Trust
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Foundation Trust was honored with the Innovation Award for their Command Centre, utilizing InPhase’s real-time dashboards to make swift decisions that enhance efficiencies and improve patient experience.
Cultural Change Award – Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Bedfordshire was recognized with the Cultural Change Award, highlighting their impressive strides in embedding the system further into their operations, despite experiencing a "change in the guard" with a new team on the InPhase project.
Special Recognition Award – Wye Valley NHS Trust
Wye Valley received a Special Recognition Award for their outstanding successes with their incident and PSIRF apps, particularly for their collaborative approach in using their mortality module to foster openness with families during sensitive processes.

Throughout the day, customers exchanged knowledge and contact details, eager to improve their own InPhase systems. This dynamic interaction demonstrated the strength of the InPhase community and the potential for forward-thinking customers to innovate and share their successes across the NHS and beyond.
