North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust recently hosted an enlightening 'Grand Round Table' at their Trust HQ. The event aimed to update all staff on NHSE Mandated LFPSE reporting, a pivotal subject in the healthcare industry.

Our very own John Boland, Customer Success Manager at InPhase, was invited to attend and introduce our groundbreaking system, designed to support the Trust in its learning and improvement from patient safety events.

Meet and Greet with Key Players

John had the fantastic opportunity to interact with the Project Team, members of the Digital Team, and representatives from all areas of the Trust. Attendees showed a high level of interest, as they were keen to explore how InPhase's suite of applications will aid in the monitoring and improving patient safety throughout the organisation.

The Role of InPhase in the New NHS Drive

Our role in supporting this NHS drive is significant, and the Round Table offered an excellent platform to discuss how our technology can make a real difference. Our versatile apps make monitoring patient safety more efficient, enabling healthcare staff to focus more on delivering quality care.

Shared Commitment to Patient Safety

After the event, John expressed how the atmosphere was almost electrically charged with a common goal of using technology to improve patient safety protocols. Through his interactions with different teams, we gained insight into our system's capabilities and how we plan to advance our partnership with North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust.

A Promising Start

The Grand Round Table was an excellent launching pad for InPhase at North Tees and Hartlepool. We are thrilled to be part of this initiative that underscores the importance of patient safety. As John emphasised during his discussions, InPhase is here to make data-driven healthcare more accessible, reliable, and actionable.

Looking ahead, we are excited to deepen our collaboration with North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Trust and work together towards a future where healthcare management is efficient and effective.
