Sales Account Manager


Full time
£60k- £80k OTE depending on experience.
(junior sales candidates may also be considered on a lower package)
BUPA, 20 days holiday, 4% pension after 12 months

Working as part of our Commercial Team you will be responsible for generating business opportunities along side a telemarketing resource, pre sales resource and other senior account mangers.

You must have a successful track record selling application based, business led software deals in a complex sales environment.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

  • Generate and Qualify sales opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with primary buyers
  • Establish and maintain relationships within a committee based purchasing structure
  • Identify a prospects key requirements
  • Articulate how the solution best meets these requirements
  • Ensure the sale is progressing through the correct sales process
  • Proactively push the sale through the sales process
  • Carry out all meetings with prospects from initial needs analysis to closure
  • Attend and deliver product demonstrations
  • Price and negotiate deals to closure
  • Tender completion

Successful candidates will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent.

We are looking for candidates who are commercially aware and business focused and who are motivated by achieving results and seeing projects through to conclusion and have strong organisational and writing skills.

INPHASE have a preference to employ a candidate that has a history of working for a software company, or in local government.

Excellent use of all Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.

Excellent phone voice and good communication skills are a pre-requisite.

The candidate must hold a UK driving licence.
