Customer Care Manager

£40,000 - £45,000 OTE
BUPA, 20 days holiday, 4% pension after 12 months

Working as part of our consultancy and support team you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and successful deployment of our performance management solutions within our customers.

The primary responsibilities of this role are to:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior users as of the software including directors, Councillors and other committee members as well as customer’s implementation team
  • Help users understand the opportunities to extend the use of the system and maximise the benefits their implementations
  • Attend and deliver customer internal product demonstrations to engage a wider audience in the uptake of the product
  • Investigate and identify sales opportunities
  • Generate customer case studies and references
  • Write customer communications e.g. newsletters, forum postings
