PerformancePlus chalked up a record 12th consecutive year as the unbeaten market leader in public sector performance improvement software in revenue, customer and user numbers. The record customer and user numbers were a reflection of the UK public sector’s drive to manage significant performance efficiencies over the past year and be positioned to do much more of the same in the forthcoming expenditure squeeze.

This past year has seen a dramatic progression from the typical use of performance management systems as better reporting solutions into using PerformancePlus to manage outcomes whilst achieving efficiency gains."

The need to make a real difference in efficient delivery of front line services was reflected within Version 10, the 10th Major Release of PerformancePlus, that saw greater integration of Project and Programme Management, Finance and Value for Money, Personal Performance Appraisals, Compliance and easy tracking and reporting of a much wider range of lower level ‘driver’ measures. This has migrated PerformancePlus from the desktops of the performance team into a tool for every team manager, helping them make decisions on the focus of resources each day.

Despite the recession, we recorded our 97th consecutive profitable month, making INPHASE one of the most financially stable software companies in the world. This enabled us to attract a number of customers replacing products from less stable competitors, reducing public purse exposure to riskier suppliers.
